Early-stage token investments are among the highest-risk asset classes that exist. Before contributing to any raise, understand and accept the following.

Total loss. Most early-stage ventures fail or underperform. You may lose the entire value of any contribution. Never contribute funds you cannot afford to lose completely.

Illiquidity. Allocations are subject to vesting schedules and lock-ups. OTC trading may be available for some deals but is never guaranteed, and secondary prices may be far below your entry.

Historical results. All performance figures on this site — including all-time-high multiples — are historical, measured at peak token prices, and do not predict future outcomes. Selection of highlighted deals inherently emphasises successes; see the full record including underperformers.

Protected terms are not guarantees. Negotiated protections reduce specific counterparty risks but cannot remove market risk, technology risk, or regulatory risk.

$BIOME. The $BIOME token is an internal utility credit. It is not listed on exchanges, has no public market price, and must not be acquired with any expectation of profit.

Jurisdiction. Participation eligibility depends on the laws of your country of residence and is assessed at KYC. Nothing on this site is directed at persons in jurisdictions where such participation would be unlawful.
